- Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event you receive a damaged item or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.

Refunds
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions, we will contact you for your bank details to process the refund.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.
