Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of the customer’s complete delivery address and the courier/logistics partner operating in that area.

The estimated processing time does not include the courier delivery period.

7. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts according to its applicable delivery procedures.

Customers should ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

If the courier is unable to deliver the order because:

  • Nobody is available to receive it;
  • The address is incorrect or incomplete;
  • The customer refuses delivery;
  • The customer is unreachable;
  • The PIN code is not serviceable; or
  • Other delivery requirements are not fulfilled,

the shipment may be returned to the sender.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment needs to be re-dispatched due to reasons attributable to the customer.

8. Damaged Package at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, tampered with, or severely mishandled, customers should:

  1. Take photographs of the package before opening it.
  2. Record an unboxing video wherever possible.
  3. Inform SanskritiHandicraft as soon as possible.
  4. Retain the original packaging and product until the matter is resolved.

Photographs, videos, and other information may be requested to investigate a delivery-related claim.

9. Wrong or Missing Product

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or if an item appears to be missing from your package, please contact us promptly with:

  • Photographs of the package
  • Photographs of the received product
  • Unboxing video, where available

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If re-shipping is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.

Any refund for a returned shipment will be handled according to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and may be adjusted for applicable shipping or handling costs where permitted.

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, availability may vary according to the delivery location, product, order value, and courier service.

COD orders may be subject to additional verification before dispatch.
