  • If the cancellation is approved before shipment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled and may be subject to our return policy, where applicable.

Because many of our products are handmade and handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, finishing, grain, or appearance may occur. Such variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and may not qualify for a refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Share clear photographs of the product and packaging. A video of the package opening may also be requested for verification.
  4. Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
  5. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, return, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Please retain the original product, packaging, tags, and accessories until the issue has been resolved.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required original packaging may not be accepted.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount paid for that order will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

For other approved returns, return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for the return and the applicable return conditions.
